How and when to buy regalia
Online and in person options!
Each semester, ASU and Herff Jones have an online Grad Fair where graduates can purchase regalia packages at a discount. Dates for Grad Fair will be posted here, as will options for purchasing regalia after Grad Fair, both online and in person.
Online – Oct. 2–Nov. 3
ASU Grad Fair, Oct. 2–Oct. 16 (discount pricing from Herff Jones)
This is the one time students can get discounts on regalia packages. Order starting Oct. 2!

Herff Jones website, Oct. 17–Nov. 3
When the Grad Fair special pricing is over, you can still order your regalia from the Herff Jones ASU store. Look for the “Order a cap and gown” option.
In person – after Nov. 3

All locations will have regalia until the day of your ceremony.
Supplies are limited so purchase your regalia as soon as possible.
What is regalia?
Regalia consists of a cap, gown and any other special clothing worn by a graduate at a graduation ceremony.
