Diploma covers

When will I receive my diploma cover?

Bachelor’s and master’s graduates are given a diploma cover at the Fulton Schools Convocation. If you miss Convocation, you may request a cover from the Fulton Schools.

Doctoral graduates are given a diploma cover at their ASU Graduate Commencement. If you miss your ASU Graduate Commencement, you may request a cover from ASU.

If you are planning to attend a future ceremony, you do not need to request a cover now.

How to request a cover

A graduate stands with his family, including siblings, parents and young children.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree graduates

Prepare the following information, then complete the request form.

  • Full Name
  • Mailing address
  • Semester and year in which you earned or will earn your degree
