Fulton Schools Convocation

Online ceremony May 12 on YouTube

The Fulton Schools ONLINE Convocation ceremonies are scheduled for
Tuesday, May 12, 2020, 9 a.m. PDT
(note date change)

The University has determined graduates will be celebrated in online ceremonies. Details will be  updated on this website and as more details are determined.

4/2/2020: President Crow has announced that ASU’s commencement will be held online. All college convocations will also be pre-recorded and presented online. Students graduating this semester will be offered the opportunity to walk in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 ceremonies. Special interest convocations will be held in December 2020 or May 2021.

How does this change Fulton Schools’ Convocation ceremonies?

  1. We will hold one ceremony, not two.
  2. The date has changed. Convocation will be May 12, 9 a.m. PDT not May 13.
  3. Ceremony will be pre-recorded and not live. Ceremonies will be posted to YouTube Premieres.
  4. Each student will have a slide in the online ceremony.
  5. If you earned academic honors, you may order your honor cords
  6. (NEW) For this semester’s graduating seniors, an RSVP will be available in My ASU in October for December 2020 ceremonies and in March for May 2021 ceremonies. No other application or fees are required to participate in a future event.
